We’re back with another update on the developments and some good news about upcoming plans and launch dates.
As articulated in the previous announcements and in continuation to our one-by-one launch plan, we are thrilled to announce the following launch dates on mainnet:
Governance — Tuesday, Dec 14th
NFT Marketplace — Monday, Dec 20th
We have a surprise for our NFT Marketplace and will reveal it in the coming days.
What is Governance?
PaybSwap is a community-based project that will be governed by its community. Any PAYB holder is able to participate in the governance of PaybSwap by voting on existing proposals. Voting power is proportional to the number of tokens a user holds, as well as the user’s voting history and the duration tokens have been held by the owner.
Governance manages the Vaults, Controller, and Strategies by calling functions on these contracts.
NFT Marketplace
NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is a one-of-a-kind token that can be anything digital such as drawings, music, tweets, your brain uploaded and turned into an AI, but mainly the current hype is around selling digital art. NFT Marketplace is a place to mint, buy and sell NFTs. PaybSwap NFT marketplace will initially be launched on BSC and Ethereum, and will be grown up from there.
Cross-Chain Vaults
Our devs are puzzling out the last minor bugs; once sorted out we will announce the tentative launch day. Cross-chain vaults enable the main cross-chain swap functionality between BSC, Polkadot, and Ethereum. We deem this feature will be a turning point for the crypto space and a resurgence for PaybSwap and the whole DEX tech.
